Welcome to Justify Detailing. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Justify Detailing provides professional mobile automotive detailing services. We bring our equipment to your location to perform the packages selected at the time of booking.
Appointments: We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of $15.
Weather Policy: Since we operate outdoors, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather (rain, extreme wind, or freezing temperatures) to ensure the quality of the service and the safety of our technicians.
Requirements: Our mobile units do require access to an external water spigot and a standard electrical outlet.
Accessibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the vehicle is parked in a location where we have enough space to work safely (e.g., a driveway or wide street).
Pre-Inspection: We will perform a brief walk-around of the vehicle before starting. Please point out any pre-existing damage, loose trim, or sensitive electronics.
Liability: Justify Detailing is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear and tear, faulty paint/clear coat, or improperly installed aftermarket parts.
Personal Items: Please remove all personal belongings and car seats before your appointment. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of items left inside the vehicle.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept all Major Forms of Payment.
Unpaid balances after 3 days may incur a late fee.
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify the technician before they leave the site or contact us within 24 hours. We will make every effort to rectify the situation.
