What is the difference between a Wax and a Ceramic Coating?
This is our most common question!
Wax: A temporary layer (lasts 1–3 months) that sits on top of the paint. It offers short-term shine but melts away in the heat.
Ceramic Coating: A semi-permanent liquid polymer that chemically bonds to your paint (lasts 1–5+ years). It creates a hard, glass-like shell that provides extreme UV protection, deep gloss, and hydrophobic (water-beading) properties that make washing your car much easier.
Will a detail remove scratches from my paint?
A standard wash or wax will hide very light swirls, but it will not remove scratches. To actually remove surface scratches and "spiderweb" swirl marks, you need our Paint Correction service. We use machine polishers to level the clear coat, permanently removing defects before applying protection.
Can you remove 100% of stains from my interior?
We use professional hot-water extractors to remove the toughest grime. While we can successfully remove or significantly improve 95% of stains (including coffee, mud, and food), some substances (like bleach, dyes, or harsh acids) may permanently discolor fabrics. We will always inspect your interior first and give you realistic expectations.
Does your interior detail remove bad odors (smoke/pets)?
Yes. Our deep interior restoration includes thorough vacuuming, shampooing, and enzyme treatment to kill odor-causing bacteria. For severe cases (like heavy cigarette smoke), we offer an Ozone Treatment as an add-on service to neutralize airborne molecules.
Do you detail boats and RVs at the storage lot or marina?
Yes! We are fully equipped to handle large vehicles on-site. For boats, we can work at your home, dock (if permitted), or storage yard. For RVs and motorhomes, we come directly to you. Note: Please check with your storage facility to ensure they allow on-site washing.
Why is detailing a Boat or RV different from a car?
Marine and RV gel coats are much thicker and more porous than automotive clear coats. They oxidize (turn chalky/white) much faster in the sun. We use specialized rotary buffers and heavy-cut marine compounds specifically designed to remove oxidation and restore the shine to your gel coat.
Do you detail Motorcycles and Golf Carts?
Absolutely. These vehicles require a delicate touch.
Motorcycles: We clean chrome, treat leather seats, and safely detail the engine components.
Golf Carts: We scrub down the roof, deep clean the seats, and pressure wash the floorboards/tires.
